One Iberville: Master Plan
The Iberville Parish Government is developing a Master Plan, which will create a roadmap for the successful future of infrastructure and economic development across the Parish.
During the development of the Master Plan, residents will be invited to share input on the current strengths and opportunities for improvement throughout the Parish. That feedback will guide project team’s identification and development of approaches to meet the changing needs of the community. The Iberville Parish Government will decide which strategies will be adopted into the final Master Plan.
What is a master plan?
A master plan is a statement of public policy for the physical development of a parish or municipality adopted by the area’s local government. It is the foundation for ongoing development decisions, laws, regulations, and policies. It reflects a community's values, preferences, and desired future. To ensure that a master plan articulates these values, is it essential to gather public input.
