The Human Resources staff handles all issues relating to employee recruitment and separation of employment, benefits administration, salaries, payroll, policies and procedures, time and attendance, job performance, and employee and labor relations. The department also handles the employee safety program, including issues relating to worker’s compensation and general liability accidents.

Management of Human Resource Planning/Employment Process includes identifying and examining current and future internal and external forces that impact Human Resources Management; assistance, guidance, and communication with staff in addressing employment-related issues.
