Council on Aging

At the Iberville Parish Council on Aging our mission is to deliver the best service to seniors 60 and older. Many of those entering this phase of life in need of financial or other forms of assistance have found themselves on a waiting list for help from local and state agencies. But not in Iberville Parish. We are dedicated to the seniors in our community and our goal is to provide services so that they may remain in their homes and communities with independence and dignity.

Iberville Council on Aging services include Meals on Wheels, congregate meals for socialization, information, legal assistance, transportation to places, and more. The agency covers all of Iberville Parish with senior centers in Plaquemine, White Castle, Maringouin, and St. Gabriel.
