Notice to the Public: Commodities to Be Distributed
The Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank through the Iberville Parish Council, Office of Social Services, Plaquemine, LA will be distributing USDA Donated Food Commodities to needy families on Friday, January 24, 2025.

Commodities will be given ONLY to those clients that qualify based on the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank and USDA guidelines. Qualification is based on income. You will be registered when you come to pick up the commodities.
You will need the following documents:
- Driver’s License or Identification Card
- Income verification (can be done verbally)
- Utility bill
*Rules for accepting and participation in the program are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, or disability. Further information may be obtained by contacting the office of Social Services at (225) 687-5243.
